If you have not yet practiced with us at BYCA yet, we welcome you to try this transformative yoga practice for one month, with no further obligation. We encourage you to commit to attending at least 10 classes within your first month, and we strongly recommend that you do not try only one class.
The first few classes can feel very different, and you will learn about your hydration and preparation needs within the first month. Initial heat acclimation takes approximately 3 weeks of 3 to 4 classes per week.
If you practice at least 12 classes in your introductory month, you are eligible for an $84 membership discount on the Commitment Plan or a waiving of your set-up fee for the Flex Plan, if enrolled on or before the end of your Introductory Month.
