Why do I spend my life telling people all the amazing things that will happen if and when they start a regular bikram yoga class?

What if we look at it from the opposite side? What if we redefine "normal" human health as that which includes a yoga practice... and ponder the side effects when we miss it or neglect it?

It'll surely push a few buttons.
