Bikram Yoga Capital Area
Practice the well-known sequence of 26 postures with a new focus. Learn how to breathe in each position to support the body instead of working against it. Learn the complementary functions of the abs and glutes (butt muscles) to control the pelvis and spine, bringing new stability and ease, especially in the standing and balancing postures. Practice will include 2 sets of each posture, plus additional explanations, preparations and exercises. Open to all levels of Bikram Yoga practitioners.
