What a great time to hear from people who have lived through a lot and have wisdom, humor, and perspective to share…and to add some inspiration to your yoga bank!
Lives Well Lived is one of the most uplifting films you’ll ever see. It will be followed by an online Q&A with the director, and a chance to discuss the movie with other viewers of all ages.
This one-hour documentary features 40 people ranging in age from 75 to 100, who share intimate memories, inspiring stories and insights to living a meaningful life.

Step 3: On Monday, June 15, around 5:00 pm EDT, you will receive your link and password for the virtual screening, as well as the meeting room for the Tuesday evening Q & A with Sky.
