Our individualized approach to healing takes into account the specific physical, mental, and/or emotional patterns you are ready to work on.

We use a personally-tailored combination of the Bikram Yoga method, Ghosh Yoga approaches, concentration training, breathing exercises, and specialized strength & balance training.

You are welcome to start with group classes – visit the New Student Page here for options, or the main page to check for New Student specials.

For those of you with a serious desire to improve with the most efficiency, we offer and recommend a three-session private intro membership which includes free group classes for one month.  Let us know in the “Other” option on the form that you’d like to do this.

In-person and Online options are available for all sessions.
