NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED

All classes are instructed, step-by-step, for non-yoga-people.

Classes are heated gently and designed specifically
to generate a physiological stress-relief response and maximize relaxation.

Class sizes are limited, and air quality is strictly monitored.

Doors are locked at the listed start time / no late arrivals.
(5 minutes before class starts, any no-show bookings are given to people who are waiting for a spot.)

TIPS

1. Please HYDRATE 1-2 hours BEFORE class (20-30 ounces plain water).
2. Yoga of any type should be practiced on an empty stomach (3+ hours since a meal).
